Downtown isn’t the only place to which business leaders are flocking. Stamford’s waterfront neighborhoods along Long Island Sound, including Shippan Point and Harbor Point, are welcoming business, retail and residential development.
Michael P. Connors, chairman and CEO of ISG, a technology research and advisory firm, says he had the opportunity to put the company’s headquarters anywhere he wanted when he needed to expand from downtown Stamford. He choose Harbor Point, the waterfront mixed-use development in the South End.
